How to Use

Step 1: After washing with Foaming Cleanser, pump 2 to 3 pumps of toner onto cotton pad.
Step 2: Smooth across face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
Step 3: Allow to dry before applying additional products.

Use morning and evening.
