Will this clog my pores?

All COOLA’s face formulas are formulated to be non-comedogenic, meaning they will not clog your pores. We’re selective about our good-for-you ingredients, and all COOLA products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind and are dermatologist tested.

When you say your products are made with organic ingredients, what does that mean?

We use as many plant-based and organic ingredients as possible in our formulas. To see which ingredients are organic, reference the ingredient list above.

How much do I use?

Studies show that most people only apply 25-50% of the recommended amount of sunscreen. We want to make sure your skin is well-protected—when applying this product to your face, use about the size of a nickel, which is around 1/3 of a teaspoon.

How is this scented?

Our fragrances are naturally derived, with all constituents extracted from plant sources. We do not use any synthetic fragrances in any of our products. Unlike common industry practice, we are one of the few companies that choose to disclose the ingredients and constituents in all of our fragrances, so you can rest assured that you know what is in our formulas. Does this have allergens?

Every COOLA formula is tested for HRIPT (Human Repeated Insult Patch Testing). A repeat insult patch test can help determine any potential irritation or sensitization issues, minimizing the potential reactions for the consumer. This is a tool for safety evaluation. In addition, all our products are Soy-Free and Nut-Free.

How often should I reapply my sunscreen?

Sunscreen should be applied at least every 2 hours to maintain full SPF protection, no matter your favorite formula.
