Capillus, LLC lasers comply with 21 CFR 1040 for Class 3R Laser Products as administered by the Center for Device and Radiological Health of the US Food and Drug Administration and standard IEC60825 of the International Electrotechnical Commission.

Usage:

The Capillus cap should be used every day. The total time of each session is 10 minutes. Exceeding the recommended times or frequency will not increase the effect of the Capillus Neuro; and may in fact cause a negative effect. Do not exceed recommended usage.

Precautions:

• Laser therapy should not be used in conjunction with medications or products that are photosensitizing.
• Consult with your physician before using the Capillus Neuro if; you have cancer of the scalp; you are sensitive to light of 808 nm in wavelength.

Sizing Information:

Please note that our regular size caps fit most heads, with a head circumference of up to 23". If your head circumference is greater than 23" inches please contact customer service for ordering a larger size.

Please note that only purchases made directly from Capillus.com are eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee. This offer is not applicable to purchases made through physicians or other retailers. Please check with your physician or retailer for their return policy.

International orders will not receive any refunds for the shipping costs paid in the initial order. The refund will only be applicable to the price of the products.

Please note that satisfaction guarantee is only applicable to purchases of new Capillus devices and is not applicable to upgrades, reworked devices or financial relief programs.

Like any medical treatment for hair loss, it takes time to see the results. We want you to give our laser therapy a chance. If after using the device, you decide that you are not satisfied with your results, contact us to initiate a return within 6 months of purchase. The return may only be made by the customer on record verified with a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% service fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Policy updated on October 15, 2020.
